  • February 2016: ‘Play Date’ including presenters, the award winning Hilary Blackstock as well as physio Darren Smith.  A day when we took the focus off exercising and put it on to playing – a fun session when we looked at some of the latest, greatest, research around the benefits of playing and played lots.
